I've got a Dodge Challenger in that really nice bright blue, but after a few years of driving, the paint is starting to show its age with all the stone chips on the front bumper and some fading on the roof from the sun. I've been toying with the idea of getting it wrapped instead of respraying, partly because I've heard it's more cost-effective and also because I like the idea of being able to change the colour later if I get bored. I'm leaning towards a satin black or maybe a dark grey to give it that aggressive, stealthy look, but I'm not sure which brands of vinyl are best for the heat here or what sort of price I should be expecting for a car of this size. A friend had his done a while back and it looked amazing, but he warned me to avoid cheap places that use low-quality film that shrinks or leaves adhesive residue when it's removed. Since I'm in Abu Dhabi, I've been looking for premium car wrapping in Abu Dhabi that uses good quality materials and has proper experience with American muscle cars, because I imagine the curves and creases on the Challenger could be tricky to get right. Has anyone here had their car wrapped recently and can recommend a place that did a genuinely good job? I'd really appreciate some honest advice before I take the plunge.
